Alex.. ICON based on historical data, it always move in January until February. As for me with current upside potential for Brent crude oil to test USD 53.90 n USD 56 next few weeks, i think ICON will made its move. At this point of time maybe collecting period as volume seems picking up. Today alone 40million.
