I dont know..i am still with my BUY CALL..because too cheap based on Discount NTA ...contra player definitely cannot cari makan..but STRATEGIC investor...this counter definitely make us tempted to add on to our portfolio...because logically, after taking into consideration all, not many counter within Property Development have strategic assets within Klang Valley and other growth area with HUGE Landback per say. :)..

FOR NTA at RM 0.97...at current RM 0.27 ..the share is really traded below par. Mathematically, it is about 18%!!!..Therefore, the upperside is more compared to downside. Assuming 30% upperside, the share realistic should be RM 0.56. However, as time goes by and taking all consideration, RM 0.41-0.44 should be next realistic target price..THEREFORE..MKLAND is a must buy counter. Even if North Korea tembak Malaysia..MKLAND still survive...because after war, the NTA is RM 0.97...so if we buy at RM 0.27-0.44..the company still has to MONEY to pay because NTA is RM 0.97...Let me spell out...RM 0.97 - 0.44 = 0.53..still has balance RM 0.53..so nak takut pasal apa..bro...:)
