So, in the case of Supermax, the accounting entries will be CR capital employed 1. 36B X RM0. 50 and Dr Retained Profits 1.36B X RM0. 50, being the BI of 1.36B shares.

More bonus shares being issued will create more supply of issued shares in circulation in the open market. When supply is more than demand, the pricing will be unfavorable.

But companies can reward the shareholders more when the are plenty in the Retained Profits account.

Yes, when the price for each share has become lower after the issuance of the bonus shares, the public/investors tend to be more affordable/capable to buy/demand as compare to RM20 a share. The good point is, for example, when the price valued at RM12 a share after bonus issuance, the total Market Cap will increase by 20% arising from the bonus issue exercise.

Needless to say, many companies prefer BI rather than distribute the Retained Profits to the existing Shareholders. The accounting entries are Debit the Retained Profits and CR the Capital Employed. The gloves will be demanded by people who are dealing with food /no bare hands and medical care staff even the vaccine was found. If IBs that can cause or manipulated a company's share price, do they have to have owned the shares already (like inside the CDS account) before they sell to overwhelm the buyers/small funds? They are not suppose to do trade/invest the shares but acting as the clearing houses/brokers/agents between the sellers and buyers.

Is abnormal. Commercial banks are funding the houses purchased by their customers/borrowers but not to hedge against the prices of the houses or keep the houses instead of auctioning the houses. Similarly, commercial banks can not invest depositors' money in shares/property/building/ for gains.

The share prices of all the gloves making companies have gone down continuously for some days.

Without the short selling facility that being suspended, the remaining
reasons are selling exceeded the buying that caused by many (1) small holders (retail/small funds, don't say ikan bilis), (2)the big holders (wholesalers/fund manger unit trust companies), (3) IBs (share brokers/warrant stock issuers) OR (4) the founder himself.

1. small funds suffered paper losses/have incurred the losses/wait to buy back at the lower price.

2. Unit trust companies keep on selling even at the lesser and lesser profit.

3. IBs/my remisier's company , by right is permitted to act as an clearing/exchange house for the buyers and sellers. What if the IBs are allowed to accumulated shares like the other investors and having the ability of influential to the market price? Didn't the IBs have purchased/committed to the Ordinary Shares before issuing the Loan Stock/Warrants? Why is there a reason to dampen the price of the Loan Stock/Warrants when the OS price is pricey?

4. The founder, selling and buying back later at lower price thinking that the Market Cap amount is far exceeding the value of the company.

We know there are proposed bonus issue and the share dividend in the pipeline.

Following, the already published 4thQ Report, the monthly sale in July, August...could be even better than those earlier months.
So, the management sometimes should not sit still and let the market react unreasonably with or without the bad intention of certain quarters.

SO, the management can engage the investors from the public like issuing Memo/comment about the current monthly sale or the coming QR target result. Such response may be able to bring price stability.
