Why needed weeks to dress up the accounts?

Can you identify a company in KLSE that published the already delayed AR (31122019) and QR (for 31032020) on the same day (05JUNE2020).

Basically, good news better don't keep them to yourself.

If the results are very good, it is better not to delay in publishing them.

For example, Careplus published the QR (31032020) & AR (31122019) on the same day (05JUNE2020). Quickly on 24JULY2020, the QR for 30062020 was published. WHY?
