Censof disposed off 5million shares DNex shares at 1.00 per share for a sum of 5 million on 9 Feb 22 for a profit of 1.2 million. The block deals was transacted in the open market. Certain parties are buying DNex shares. Previously Foxconn acquired 5.03% {120 mil. DNEX shares @ $108 million} on 11 June 2021. Any possibility of Foxconn upping their stalk?

DNex board consist of 10 directors previously 8 members {day to day operations under the executive board which consist of 4 board members} very structure and streamline. the 10 members consist of Tan Sri Syed Zainal { Group CEO}, Dr ChenWei Min { Foxconn-Silterra}, Robert Fisher { Ping petroleum} retired MD of Exxon Mobil, Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Mamat is the Chairman, Tun Noor Shahya and Muhd Radhi is the 2 additional new board members. Saudi & Opec+ {Russia} are not increasing their quota despite the jump in crude prices. Inflation is creeping up. Look at soft commodities bull run
