As much as I wanted to believe in sardin81's TP of RM3, I just couldn't. KNM's price action wasn't convincing enough and sardin81 made it worse by constantly blaming the downtrend on shorties back then. If KNM was truly attractive enough for investors and powerhouses, shorties won't even stand a chance in bringing KNM's price down. And so I left KNM while I can still bring home nice profits.

The coupon payment should be announced today if they are serious about it.

And my fear has come true LOL

I've already earned 3sen of profit yesterday so byebye BSL. The difference between the mother share and the warrant is just too damn big.

Current price: 1.14.
Warrant: 0.365
Ex Value warrant: 0.5

0.275 discount if convert warrant to mother share. This is too big of a discount. Logically speaking, many would push up the warrant price but somehow it looks suppressed despite +0.01 than yesterday.

Whoever manages to convert the warrants will enjoy more than 25 sen of free profit and the one who can convert in a short space of time is usually the one inside.

Jaga-jaga je lah. Banyak sangat resistance ni.

SERBA DINAMIK HOLDINGS BERHAD

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 25 October 2021 granted SERBADK an extension of time of 1 month from 31 October 2021 until 30 November 2021 to issue its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (“AR 2021”) pursuant to paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”).



However, SERBADK has failed to issue its AR 2021 to Bursa Securities for public release within the extended timeframe i.e., 30 November 2021, pursuant to paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main LR.



Pursuant to paragraph 9.28(5) of the Main LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframe stated in paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main LR or such extension of time granted by Bursa Securities (“Relevant Timeframes”) (the last day of the 5 market days is referred to as “Suspension Deadline”), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.


In view of the above and in the event that SERBADK is unable to submit the outstanding AR 2021 on or before 8 December 2021, trading in the Company’s securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 9 December 2021 until further notice. However, as the Company's securities have been suspended from trading since 2.30 p.m., Friday, 22 October 2021, the suspension of trading will continue until further notice.


Pursuant to paragraph 9.28(6) of the Main LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 6 months from the expiry of the Relevant Timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer.

I've been investing in Bursa since 2012 July 2021 was my first time of learning TA seriously and putting it to good use and so far I'm very happy with the results.

There seems to be uncertainty in PTrans's price action last week as a whole. We should be able to hazard a guess its direction by Thursday the latest, although I can say PTrans has been heavily oversold last week and perhaps there's a chance for a rebound to happen.

"KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 30): The High Court presiding over the legal suit filed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd against Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has blocked the sharing of the oil & gas company’s special independent review (SIR) factual findings update through the Court system.

In a filing with the stock exchange, Serba Dinamik said the High Court has directed that affidavits which contain updates on the SIR be “locked out from the court system for view and/or download by all parties except for the Court”."

9 out of those 11 companies are local ones. I'm sorry but delaying the report by saying it's down to the MCO doesn't make sense at all. If 9/11 of them are foreign companies located outside of Malaysia, then yes, it would be a very good excuse for them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with SD announcing that there is still RM1.4 billion that needs to be verified, did they technically given us the FFU themselves?

Many hardcore SD supporters in the telegram group seem to tone down their usual aggresive ways and have resorted to accept their fate after reading The Edge's latest piece on the whole saga.

A few are still trying to pin down the problem on Bursa and conspiracy theories, but at this point that's understandable. Perhaps they bought lots and lots of SD shares at very high prices.
