Hi lching : I bot Johotin in Nov2017. It went down to 84 cts last year, a bit worry at that time, the same concern on adventure at Mexico. Luckily sweetness comes at the end of bitterness.

With the current price at 1.81, dividend yield is still at 3.9%. Not bad.

Canone's BOD is the best in growing wealth for themselves but not small shareholders. Just see how they grow from a small company, borrow money to swallow up elephant KianJoo, dispose F&B etc.
Luckily, Johotin is so far so good in growing company and generously sharing profit via good dividend pay out to small shareholders.

Dividend is 2c. Not 4c. You must learn how to read carefully.

Hi: div in 2019 is 2+2 cts in jun and dec respectively. Yield is 40/850=4.7%. Not bad in term of yield. But be careful, lost in capital is likely as the past years. I am still in lost of 21% in capital after holding for 2 years.

I hold both Inari and MI. Inari makes up big portion of overall portfolio. Mi is still new to me.

I guess it is : 0.370-0.325=0.045cts(0.05)

My Inari borrowed by fund house thru SLB program since May2019 was all returned yesterday. Thus I guess no more price suppression at least by my borrower. Cheers !!!

Bot in at 1.52 this morning. Wanted to add more but rejected by PB as exceeding limit of single stock exposure. It means PB doesn’t allow its clients to buy more FPI, what’s the clue behind.

Honestly I bot in Matrix 5+ years ago at about this price. Including all dividend received my total return is 24 % excluding free warrant received in 2015.
Bear in mind that the current market is still in bear mood especially for property counter as Matrix. If you enter at the current price and hold it till the up cycle of property market, you will definitely enjoy much higher return. Most importantly, investing in Matrix, we can enjoy consistent high div yield and not too volatile share price.

Welcome and do not worry, my entry price is about same with you as I am just making few % return so far.

Honestly I have some FL on hand, losing big on paper. I do not see good prospect on it. Too painful to cut big lost thus still keeping it. For those thinking to come in, my advice is to put your limited money elsewhere to have better and peaceful investment.

Will the higher utilization of its fleet crew, profit would definitely increase. Thus I see price of Perdana will follow suit to higher. % wise, I believe it would be higher than mother shares=Dayang.

Bonus 1:2 will be X on 4Dec19. Current price is 2.55, if factoring in bonus dilution of having more shares, price would become 2.55x2/3=1.70.

Will buy more if dropping further for long term investment. See positive perspective on Data Management Biz by Krono. Only concern is that the lately acquired biz in Hong Kong may not perform well as expected due to student caused recession over there. However HK biz is not big portion of Krono. The expected 40-50% growth on customers base should able to support the earning growth next year and after.

Final batch 3 cts div for CY19 was just announced. It is lower than those of last year(CY18) at 13.5 cts. Investing in Matrix is for its attractive div yield. Lower div causes "beh syiok". Those Chinese schools which depend on div from matrix to fund daily expense is affected. Hope the boss takes this into consideration.

Quite tempted to sell to lock in profit but at the same time sharing same view as old uncle that the coming qtr will report better profit which is a catalyst for higher price.
