Brent below $45 last night. The big picture earlier suggested that oil could rise beyond $50 - $55 in 2H16 but so far that is not happening. Continue to believe oil price will rebound in coming months as oil demand- supply become balanced and global crude inventories fall. Still going to hold Armada.

Long term valuations is OK after sharp fall but if you trade Supermax, be careful not to get trapped.....again. Upside may be limited due to cost headwinds. For now prefer AA, Armada and Padini. Not sure of its fundamentals but FGV looks interesting chart wise. Can be risky but I plan to get some for a trade. Happy Invesing!

Malaysia making news for the wrong reasons again but I don't think it changes the big picture for equities. The markets are more risk-on than many realize. Dow Jones broke fresh records and rose for the 9th straight day last night - not seen since Bernanke spoke about more QE in 2013. No crystal ball but suspect any weakness will be short lived. After 2.80, the next target for AA is 3.40. The price pattern is positive and suggests steady accumulation. Hope for the best!
