1) IMPOSE A FLAT 10% TARIFF ON ALL IMPORTS INTO USA FROM ALL NATIONS IN GENERAL; AND FOR CHINA THE PUNITIVE TARIFF WILL BE 60%


2) TRUMP MIGHT ALSO TELL ALL OVERSEA US COMPANIES BACK TO THE US OR PAY FINES


3) TRUMP WILL INVITE ALL OTHERS TO INVEST AND SET UP FACTORIES ON US SOIL TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT FOR US CITIZENS


That means All Exports Will Be Taxed & therefore See A Reduction in profits - followed by lower prices going forward


As such we must Avoid All Exporting Companies that depend on the US Market

And that is Why We Recommend Palm Oil in General and TSH Resources in Particular

b) In Bulugan Tsh still got 13,335 Acres Unsold lands left over from year 2021 which have now appreciated alot

In year 2021 it was agricultural and now it sits beside the Sold portion of about 20,000 acres converted to Industrial Park of KIPI Tanah Kuning, Bulungan Regency


3) WILL THERE BE A PLAN B FOR Unsold 13,335 Acres in KIPI Tanah Kuning just like Bplant ??

Remember after KLK failed to take Bplant private LTAT stepped in to Take Bplant private at Rm1.55

Now the sale price for year 2021 was 38 sen psf

Now no more

It should be 10X more or higher


4) EXAMPLE OF LTAT After Taking Bplant Private Sold Lands at 1,000% or 10X premium

BPlant selling land to Kulim Technology Park

BOUSTEAD Plantations Bhd (BPlant), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT)-controlled Boustead Holdings Bhd, is in talks to sell 1,200 acres of plantation land in Kulim, Kedah, to Kulim Technology Park Corp Sdn Bhd (KTPC), according to sources.

It is understood that the price tag being bandied about is RM7.50 to RM7.80 psf, or about RM400 million for all of the 1,200 acres.


A check with Bplant Annual Report (Refer Bursa) Its book value is less than 10% of the price sold
It was under agriculture. Now sold with the purpose of conversion to Kulim Tech Park

What about TSH's 13,335 Acres in KIPI Tanah Kuning?

It has 33,000 acres originally. Now carved out about 20,000 acres being sold just side by side

So it is very near!
And prices should no longer be priced as Agriculture
However, while TSH wait for a higher offer the lands are 62% cultivated with high yield FFB of 22 MT per acre. Well above the industry
