currently Bulugan land still got Rm273 million cash pending

what is the current status

While lands are sold in Principe Final Cash of Rm273 millions yet to come in

as a result there is a reduction of Ffb and this qtr reflected it

however things will improve after final cash Rm273'mullions come in to completely clear all remaining debts of Rm18 millions plus and then these will happen

1. Tsh will save at least Rm20 millions or about 1.5 sen from bank interest

2. As a result the balance sheet will improve without further debt load

2. And Tsh being debt free can now increase its dividend payout like Inno

3. Plus there is a possibility Tsh can give a special dividend from the Rm273 millions can to be received

there are two types of palm oil companies

Those in Upstream
And those in downstream

When Cpo prices are low Downstream players will benefit

And when Cpo prices are high only upstream will benefit

Klk and Simedarby plant being in downstream will not do well when Cpo prices are high above Rm3500 per ton as it has to buy more expensive feed stock to produce cooking oil, margerine, soap and others
That is why they made less profit

Companies like Innoprise plant in pure upstream ffb and cpo reported another excellent quarter and even offer a higher 3 sen dividend

So upstream like Jaya Tiasa, Inno, Taann, Thplant, Bplant, Ijmplant, Tsh and others will do well

Thanks Calvin for the very interesting/informative overview of the palm oil industry. I roughly guessed that that many plantation companies will be reporting lower profits in 4th Q...due to lower cpo prices in 4th Q & possibly due to the minimum wage issue.. But their profits are not all that bad if we look at them on a eps/pe, nta basis relative to other industries.., many of which are showing losses.. I think cpo prices so far for 1st Q seemed to have improved a bit..with another month to go..

JTIASA is Now at its Best Earnings Stage and start giving out dividends just like INNO

INNO giving its 4th Dividend of 3 sen today and INNO was 50 sen and now near Rm1.50

IF INNO with not even one acre land owned by them can go up from 50 sen to Rm1.50 Jtiasa which owns all their 206,000 Acres should do very well
