what other business/ industries can offer a 90% gross profit margin like 🌴🌴🌴??

plus Natural Gas (from which nitrogen fertilizer is made) has dropped from Usd10 to only USD1.60 now - a drop of 84%

so cost of nitrogen fertilizer ( need for palm leaves growth stage) is getting cheaper and cheaper

so cost of Cpo production might go below Rm2000 and possibly back to Rm1600 - RmRm1800 range

This acceleration of increasing profits for palm oil companies will result in very good cash flow to clear all remaining debts ah good consistent dividends payout

Why are we bullish on Palm oil stocks ?

And these are some facts

Last time Cpo price was Rm2200 and cost of Cpo production Rm1400

at Rm800 profit the gross margin profit was 57%

now cost of Cpo production has gone up by Rm600 more to Rm2000' due to high fertilizer and labour cost

but Cpo prices also rise to Rm3800 - Rm3900 range of up Rm1800

so at Rm3800 selling price with cost of production at Rm2000 the gross margin is 90%

so gross profit was 57% and now gone up to 90%

that is the reason why 🌴🌴🌴 will 🔥🔥🔥
