Year 2024 February Tsh starts with a nice 2.5 sen dividend even though it made less than 2 sen

This shows the financial position is strong and coming soon another Rm273 millions from 3rd payment of Bulugan Land sold (total Rm731.09 millions) will come in anytime till 4th July 2024

That will be 18 sen cash more or less. If Management decides to follow Inno's example in giving more dividends/special dividends then Tsh should follow the same trajectory like Inno to go higher in its performance

Over and above all Tsh's "gold mine 🪙" lands of 94,700 acres very very near Ikn Nusantara Admin Center (see and study latest Ikn nusantara map diligently; Tsh lands are nearer to Ikn Nusantara very heart compared to MkhOp lands) is appreciating daily in a land boom time like never before in the history of Indonesia

The land boom of Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shenzhen, Putrajaya and Iskandar have now come to Ikn Nusantara

And we participate in this boom time in Ikn Nusantara by owning Tsh shares

if you don't understand plain English you better don't simply point finger to accuse

We are talking about 100% gross profit.

Do you know the word "gross profit" and the difference between what is gross profit and net profit

A gross profit must needs go through deduction by taxes, bank interest cost if Co got borrowings and other expense before final net profit is derived

So net profit can be anything from 30% to 80% depending on how efficient a company is plus also how high Cpo prices can reach

And additional highlight

We are talking about Gross Profit 80% more or less if Cpo is Rm3800 but if Cpo goes up to Rm4000 to Rm4200 then gross profit can rise to 100%

and from gross profit we have to deduct other expense like tax, Impairment and other cost and final cost which then give a final net net profit of 30% to 50% or more depending on more or less inefficient ones

Overall with new high level of Cpo price range of Rm3500 to Rm4200:upstream palm oil companies are doing very well

One more thing

Cost of Cpo production jumped from Rm1600 to Rm2200 all due to 2 main factors

1. High cost of fertilizer 30% to 35% of production cost

Now Nitrogen fertilizer ( natural gas down by 80%) plus automation will also save on labour cost the cost of cpo production can then come down below Rm2000 and will translate into higher profits
