richkid, the growth of the subsidiary sounds good but do you know what are the barriers to entry for this kind of business that the subsidiary is running (some kind of franchising solution) or whether it is sustainable? One thing i fear is sometimes tech move so fast, and i am not a techie. The numbers look stable now but don't see any big growth qtr-to-qtr. what kind of investment timeframe would you be looking at? thanks.
