Sold Sendai at 0.92,.093 and 0.955 , and switch to magnum. Sendai gone up a bit and it's time to keep the profit.

DualShock, yes i do have toto. Bought @ 2.30 to 2.34. Rugi a bit, will keep to get dividend.
Beside the 2, i collected Superlon , Sendai and mbsb in the recent down trend. I am new in the trade , but guided by my young remiser on trading. Her golden rule in bearish market is "buy at market slump, sell when profit reach above 5%" . I am happy to learn from her.

It's normal for Magnum to take a breather. should the market goes up in the coming weeks,,it will follow the market trend to head north.To invest in Magnum, you really need a lot of patient.!

Stockist is suppresing the share price and collecting, with the hope that the next quarter's result will improve. That why , small retailers like us always on the loosing end. 小股东的悲哀???

I have been collecting the share, since 3 weeks ago. 2 lots at a time at price ranged from 2.33 to 2.16. Todate, 40 lots already bought with paper loss of approximately 8k. Today, I am going to continue my purchase 2 slots each @ 2.13, 2.11,2.09 and 2.07. Hope I could get.Cheers!!!

Sendai is doing high end steel design and build construction, which is different from the general type of construction, where the contractor need to submit competitive tenders.
There are few construction companies in Malaysia have the expertise of high end steel design and build business . I read from the news that Sendai has secured many projects in oversea countries . Being a Malaysian company and having pool of local staff ( design and project management), I think Sendai's cost on running projects should be much cheaper and it will help in the profit margin.
With regards to construction dispute, my opinion is that , unless the project is poorly manage with many mediocre personnel, there should not be unresolvable dispute. Sendai might have such minor problems, in the past, but we should not jump into conclusion that Sendai's future projects will end up in construction dispute.
I sincerely hope that Sendai will succeed in its plan to become a reputable construction company, like Gamuda, IJM , Sunway....

Sendai is under the current pressure of FORCED SELL by banks , I had monitored the recent price movement for a while. I think it is soon going to touch the support level @ 0.76. Today , I will place 100 lots order @ 0.78. Hope to get some beer money ! Cheers!

My sifu harry shown us a flying lion picture, in his recent class in Sri Petaling.I trusted his subtle recommendation , and I started collecting lionind @ 1.33 today, for my 2018 portfolio. In April 2017, I went to the Megasteel foctory in Banting, Selangor. The facory was totally deserted and only few staffs are working there . I noticed that, Lionind has plans to revive the plant in near future . If the operation revive, Lion's revenue and margin will definitely increase and also the share price will follow suit to rise. I checked the past records of bjtoto. Every year in the past 10 over years, the management paid dividends more than bank interest. 2017's dividend alone , the estimated dividend is 14 Sens . If my purchased price today is 2.36, then the dividend is equivalent to 5.9%!!!. Keep it up bjtoto ....

Today, I will switch some of the magnum which I bought @1.72 to bjyoto, sorry guys!!!

The directors are buying the share at big discount. Please look at Magnum, its price was down for 3 months and its directors took turn to collect huge number of shares at 1.71. They waited for the date of announcement of q2 report to push up . Last few weeks, I noticed that , the karex directors are also doing the same ! 节日快乐。

I foresaw magnum downturn in may 2017 was temporary and soon will recover. Busineses as usual, but it dropped 50 Sen becsuse of tax issue.I put up the question in the recent OTB's talk in PD.l was laughed by the participants.Hope those who laughed , will realize the fact that, business and earning are still the main consideration for share investment.
