Dutaland has expertise in development , and have little or no experience in agricultural management. Whatever I put on the land value is inmaterial, but , I want to share my view that , the transaction sound odd to me. For your info, I do not own any such share now and also in the future.

It seem the exercise is Reverse take over by Boustead on Dutaland.
Let's look at the land value, says 200,000/ha.
Total land area =11,579.31 ha
Total land value=2.2b.
Let's look at the share of Dataland.
Share issued = 846.12M
Closing price on 25/8/17=0.60
Total value of Dutaland = 507.6M
Conclusion
The land value is 4 times the market capital of Dutaland.Therefore, I foresee that there is a reverse take over exercise and it is worth while to ride the wagan,and make some money, for short /medium term.

Monday , I will buy 100,000 shares @ 2sen.I guess, one of the country's airliners will take over the business , at great discount , and use it for their own training as well as to train other airlines pilots.

Today Bursa announced Tan Sri Ashad Bin Ayub has acquired 200,000 shares . Just hope that the bosses have collected enough, otherwise the share price will continue to slide further! Last few days ,I collected 14,000 @ 1.40. This morning will to put buy @1.38, 1.36, 1.34.

My remiser advised me to avoid this speculative share, but i insisted to try, because I owned some shares and made profit before. The management of Magnum has obtained approval from the Bursa to buy back share. The current price @ 1.70 is a huge discount for the company to buy back the shares. I have also followed the company to accumulat 30 lots @ 1.71. Hope ,buy this year end ,it will go back to its pre-crisis on May 15 '17, level of 2.12. Happy investing!

It seem the support level of Sendai is pegged at Rm 1.05. I have 58 lots ( purchased price 0.70-1.20) now.Will accumulate more when the price dropped to the support level. Happy investing!

I am also keeping the Eversendai, which I bought in April, at 0.65,0.79,0.83 and 0.98.
I am a Professional Structural Engineer, I know the Eversendai business, more than many people here.

I disagree with your reasoning on the current price activity of Eversendai. It is a simple correction, which also happen in other counters.l presume you must have lost heavily on the recent downturn. I advise you to focus on picking up, cheap undervalued counters now and not badmouth Eversendai.
