paperplane2016 Mr.Chong, if you really are a Civil Engineer,invest in things you are familiar with.For long-term,WCE should be quite OK if cost don't over run.

好处是：- 赚钱时可以满足自己的虚荣心，可以证明自己青出于蓝而胜于蓝。。。
坏处是：- 会有种 必须要跟大家交代的无形压力 影响你未来的 买卖决定 或转换策略 的决定，为了要证明自己是对的而导致买卖反应过慢，丧失了散户的优势，那就是灵活操作(flexible)。（同时也付出了输钱的代价）

I am new in share investment and I was lucky to have joined the i3, where there are many new friends willing to teach me.
I put my purchase on board is not for showoff, but hopefully I will get some advices on my choice of stock.
I am 65 now, reaching retirement age and need to make sure that ,the little saving I have,will not gone to waste in the share investment.

Thanks for your alert, I bought 1 million Tiger at 4.5 Sen and found out that the Datuk, his wife, his sister were goreng the shares. So,I felt that i should focus in , share investment and sold all my holding and probably lost Rm 6000 in the trading of TIGER .

I read most of your articles posted in i3, but because of my ignorance in stock market appreviation,terms and etc. etc.,I found them quite difficult to follow. However, I am still persevere to learn.

I understand that your strategies, using FA and TA in stock pick, had achieved great success in the last few years. I am now also try to do the same.

If you have time, hope you can visit my portfolio, and drop a few comments.Your help is much needed, because I have plans to rely on stock trading gain for my retirement pocket money.

Please ignore ppl who do not agree with you as I noticed that those are the ppl who perform badly in stock trading and were jealous of your success.

Many stock counters , with good fundamentals( Revenue, Profit, EPS,DY,etc,etc)
were dropping to lower level.

I would be glad if Mr. Ooi , could reveal his wonderful stock pick, which could rise , against the trend and in the bearish environment of 2014-2016.

My observation on the dato's failure to revive the company by continuing the existing business of Tiger , in the early years of 2006 ,2007,2008...is.;Dato ,being a construction man and property developer, has no experience in running a production business. It is like asking a salesman to sit down in office to do clerical job.

Therefore, he preferred to close down the plywood factory and paying high retrenchment compensation to staff. So,that he could focus in the business of construction and property development.

Please give him time to run his 7 development projects, show good profit earnings in his quarterly reports.His share price will automatically go up, without any jerking!

I wish to clarify that, property development activity, which dato is endeavoring to revive and tranform the company into, need long time to realize the profit. It is even much muchlonger than oilpalm plantation activity, which usually take 5 years to see profit.
I myself was involved in this line,since 1985 and I fully understand what dato is doing. Property developmentcannot loss money due to land price appreciation.

Anyway,my investment in Tiger, is for medium to long term.says 3 to 5 years. I will wait and see whether my 4 Sen, will totally gone, or otherwise.

The "Tiger" share has been sold at its historical lowest level ,i.e. at 4 Sen per share. The trend indicates, some syndicates are controlling the share price. This is evidenced by the share price movement at the recent closing bell, that the last trading price of share is always end at 4 Sen per share.
Today, I bought 1 million share at Rm 0.045.

Investing shares with borrowed money or margin account is like riding a superbike,you either reach your destination fast or never arrive at all.I strongly believe that using FVI in shares investment,maybe slower,but, you will assured of safe return.
