KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 20): Iris Corporation Bhd (Financial Dashboard) is forming a joint-venture (JV) with Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn Bhd (TPM) to jointly develop a residential project on a piece of land in Phase 3 TPM Bukit Jalil.

In an announcement to the local bourse today
, Iris (fundamental: 0.55; valuation: 0.6)
stated it will be investing an initial sum of RM130 million for the implementation of the first phase of the project.

I took profit ifcamsc this morning just in time to avoid UMA. Will buy back later. Also sell vitrox to lock in some profit. I am aware of the oil, rubber price and myr dropping, so I am buying something that may benefit from it. So you may well call me risky ;-). Wink Wink. Read carefully.

I am hoping to repeat such success in other counter in IRIS.

So far all GST linked counters has jalan a bit like MYEG, GHLSYS (on off), CENSOF, YGL. I bet iris will be next because the unusual volume and even the selling of substantial holders doesn't put people off.
Also I check iris trending in i3, going up - means more interest.
Of course I spread my risk in other counter too. Good luck.

I am collecting iris

Quarter result comes on in a month time. This year result will be excellent. Normally when near result out, big fund will start collecting. Last time result out 27 November. Look at the chart yourself and see when it start happening and the one before 25 Aug and check again and again and you will see it's roughly this time scale. Make sense or not? Duit may have different reason but this is my own explanation. Of course need to view overall market sentiment as well

rchi, that's in my diary. It's all depends on how much oil rebound. If rebound enough that may cancel out the gst. Gst is good for long term and shows government is serious in tackling deficit.

One strange thing I observe is oil price is no longer affecting market mood as before.
I think if people hear something repeatedly too frequent, people will not take notice.
For example, war news, extremist and etc. For me washing toilet experience, you will notice after going into smelly toilet for sometime the smell is gone.

The minute in FOMC meeting also play a crucial part rebound as people expect interest rate rise to be delay beyond April.

I am not expert in Chart, I think normally after 3 White candles, some correction may happen. Rchi may be better in this.

Fundamentally, MyEg still got some room for further upside as when Phase 1 start in Feb. Phase 2 and 3 of CSTM will create more news. With government tight in budget, more saving will need to be make by cutting human resource and move to electronic/web. Don't forget the GST monitoring will excite investor.

It seems it becomes a monopoly business. The operator behind this counter is quite clever, know how to play with news and I have observed how they have put road block at 4.35 and support at 4 for sometime.

Will take some profit on the way and buy back again when there is correction. ! The target 7.8 may be unrealistic but for majority of retailer they really don't care. But I will keep some for long term as my cost low.
