"timing" is a crucial factor we have no control, just "wild guess prediction".

... earlier i said the need "cash flow", i thought raise fund through banks, internal & PT Inovisi. out of my expectation, but not unexpected, to raise 40M 1 phase. technically they will raise up the price above 0.11 before EX, maybe around 0.15. after ex around 0.13 then renouceable OR at 0.02 (depends on demand and mother shares). when all the rights issue fully subscribed and trade in the market the price should be lower the 0.13 maybe around 0.10/0.09 plus free WB (exercise price 0.11) at 0.05/0.04. it will take 2 months before things resume back to normal 0.11. these are just "assume scenario". in long run up to 9 months from now it back to square 1, the only difference is you are holding more shares at roughly the same price. as already mentioned in the detail announcement they want more subcriber to WB & WA to further raise cash for their expansion. so i don't think they will want their share price become like thrash.
