What I think is as long as the foreign funds are still holding YTL POWER tightly in their portfolio, there should be no fear. This mega size stock should not be just supported by the local funds entirely . I would say the local funds are too weak to support. Luckily the foreign funds notice the potential value of YTL POWER.
I think there is a high chance the Nvidia or its directors would take up a certain percentage of shares in YTL POWER.
This is not a wishful thinking as NVIDIA per share is about US Dollars (USD700.00 )
The CEO of NVIDIA is one of the world's richest men by now and NVIDIA and so its major shareholders/directors. The most important factor is that NVIDIA has become the "partner" of YTL POWER.

Likely some cash out before Chinese New Year. A rally is expected for YTL POWER after the Chinese New Year, when the foreign funds, local funds and retailers come back in full swing.
Furthermore, the quarter results at 31-12-2023 to be announced sometime this month should be very encouraging !

Well, Singapore Singtel partnership with NVIDIA is a proven success. Singtel is going to build more "new" Data Centers indicating its partnership is worthwhile and profitable.
So I can foresee that with Kulai Johor better infrastructure, YTL POWER could do very much better than Singapore. Malaysia has more lands, more water, more populations and of course more manpower One more competitive advantage, YTL POWER has its own electricity green power which Singtel and Singapore are lacking !

Thank you. Foreign net sale was only 85.3 million , a much smaller sum if cconverted to foreign currencies especially in US dollars.

YTL POWER normally steep sales with steep rebounces as long as the foreign funds are in place.
MiDF"s way of presentation is very confusing and not giving a clear picture of inflows and outflows of funds.
Anyhow YTL POWER is such strong fundamental stock with so high growth projects in the pipeline especially with the partnership of NVIDIA . What Singapore Singtel can achieve such spectacular results with the partnership of NVIDIA and so can YTL POWER in Kulai Johor with much better infrastructure and more manpower. !!!

My apology. May be I mistaken. According to MIDF, the retailers also give strong support. If that's the case quite a number of retailers would sell ahead of Chinese New Year.
But the inflows and outflows of foreign funds , figures look very confusing.

Foreign funds buying but local retailers/funds take chance to sell. Luckily foreign funds realize the value of YTL POWER and give their
strong support.
This counter cannot rely too much on the local funds.

Chinese New Year profit taking is usual and normal for celebrations. Some of the remiziers might have already gone on holiay.
But we also notice strong support after the selldown. That's the beauty of rock solid stock like YTL POWER. The quarter results at 31-12-2023 will be out sometimes this month and should be a very exciting one !

Glove counters rised in prices due to pandemics such as COVID-19 or other diseases. So, glove counters are subject to supply and demand in medical usages
Therefore, it is impractical and unwise to compare gloves with utilities counters as they are in entirely different segments.

Most of the analysts have upgraded the target price of YTL POWER to RM5+ indicating their confidence in huge growth potentials of YTL POWER.
I will ignore whatever "negative* comments.
In the past, just few days before the Chinese New Year normally remained quiet as quite a number of the " local " remiziers had gone on holiday.
But this YTL POWER is supported by "foreign" investment funds that
could lift the price to a higher level after the profit taking or corrections.

As long as the foreign funds are still intact, after the retailers and/or local funds have cleared their positions, a strong rebounce is expected next week or after the Chinese New Year.

Profit taking as I see is quite normal especially Chinese New Year is only a few more days to go. In my opinion, as long as the foreign funds are still there, the rebound would be on the way to a higher level.

Strong fundamentals. Resilient rebound. Foreign funds support.That's the power of YTL POWER ! ! !
