Share Market is a place with all kind of people.
Some naïve.
Some long term investor.

Some con artist.
Some big fund.

Price is up and down by buying force and selling pressure but not by demand and supply because demand (buying force) can be 'fake' or supply
(selling pressure) can be 'fake' too.

Self-reminder, just ignore all the noises, buy when you see price < value (worth-buying), sell when (price > value) it.

Is SUPERMAX cheap now (i.e. price<value)? I don't see it.
KYY 'trapped' himself (and his follower) at above RM7.00 and thus for him 'illogic' happens but share market is never a place logic present, may be some time, not most of the time.

How likely Supermax can maintain even 30% of this NP as normal quarter results ?

IF superprofit over and Supermax is back to PAT level of RM100m/year, RM6.08 per share = PE of 165 (definitely expensive)
(Nosh of 2.721b shares)
(Market cap = RM16.5billion)

Of course many will argue RM100m/year is not a realistic number.
Say it is double of FY2019 level to RM200m/year, PE 82.5

Say due to this 2020-2021 superprofit and cash pile in hand, expansion and opportunity can drive profit double to RM400m/year, PE = 41.25 (still not cheap)

Say special dividend RM1.00 per share paid to shareholders in next few months, the forward PE (normalised profit of RM400m/year) still about 35.00 (RM6.08 less RM1.00)

Those follow the wind and trapped are waiting recovery but ...

IF it is really cheap at single digit PE (based on L4Q results), why the price doing down last 2 week?
We aim to buy low sell high but sometime if not most of the time buy high and wait and have to sell low.
