所以收票要找的是低价位。RSI 30% 左右才好买。
我本人最不会去买RSI 去到很高70-80%,除非公司盈利很保证和派吸引的息率(5%以上)

其实Gkent 应该在未来1,2年再发起红股/Share Split
活动。这样一来,可以使股本增加更多,好让
外资买入。
GKENT 这一只股的成长与当年成长的IJM 只有区区的
66 mil 张票相似.
Ijm 从66 mil share 至今的3.608 billion 张票。

1. 可以用多少年来消化完?
5年以上对吗?
5年的话,每一年得消化rm1.2 亿(RM12亿)工程,不太可能吧?!
要是是10年来消化,
那么,每一年得消化RM6 亿( mean rm6 亿营业额)
十年来消化最有可能for GKENT begin for NOW。
(以往2015,2016 年营业额都是介于RM4-RM5亿)
从2017,2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2016年,
净利就不得了了,红股又接红股企业活动in future。
如果是需要8年时间来完成手上工程来说,
那么,营业额,净利就不得了了!(劲到爆)

Example 1:有些股从低于RM1.00 可以升到RM1.00 - RM1.50/RM2.00 ,
主要是业绩翻倍/翻几倍。称为A GROWTH STOCKS。
(已经成为热股)
Example 2:一些股/Penny Stocks 可从开始的低于10 cent 慢走,
这称为: Bagai Cendawan Tumbuh Selepas Hujan.
(未成为热股)
Example 3:所谓的赚大钱股,大派股息,拿到笑哈哈.(这些股非常获得
EPF,KWAP,LTH,AMANAH SAHAM ,Fund Managers etc 青睐,

观点1: 一般的人买股方式,安全,可靠,等拿股息。
打个比方,Digi, Maxis, Celcom, Sam以往的财务报告美,
一旦净利退步,就算公司有派股息,一样会被人抛弃股票。
比如: Axiata 除非您是在rm3.08 大量买入,一直收住股息至今就很好。
不过,如果您买到rm6.00++, 那股息不见得好过。
CIMB counter,买到rm8.50 以前至今,有拿到股息的前辈,伯伯,大姨们
好吗?他们可以回答到。

观点3:有派发股息的股,才好买?
(这当然,有谁不爱收到股息呢。)
有派发吸引股息的要看你在什么价位入场。
有些股,比起有派发吸引股息率更值得买。
观点1:
净利成长率。(例如: Fy2016 各季报净利 vs Fy2017 各季报净利)
观点2:
股价成长率还有多高。
观点4:

of RM534.28 million unbilled construction order book.
PSIPTEK remains committed and focused in its core

of RM326.25 million contracts during the financial year
and PSIPTEK is confident in securing some potential
construction projects in the coming future.
3。PSIPTEK maintains optimistic of its property
development division especially the demand of medium

4。PSIPTEK is placing more emphasis towards the current
demand for the “Gated and Guarded” concept, affordable

With the normalise adjustment, the Group could have reported a gain of RM1.86mil which is in par with the past three quarter results.

10。PSIPTEK has over 100 acres of undeveloped landbank, mainly in the Klang Valley.
This form partial of the NTA of RM0.57.
The NTA is at 78.07% discounted as per current closing price of RM0.125 ONLY.

PSIPTEK 的价位至少值22.5 cent )
Forecast EPS for FYE2016 will be ranged at 1.8cents.
11。The share should be priced at PE of 11-15 at 20 cent – 25 cent
(目前的PE at 9.69x)
Bear in mind, PSIPTEK has been profitable for 6 consecutive years.

从去年(2016)的九月至十一月,
TAGB 价位在22 cent - 23 cent 徘徊。
想在买回以上价位机会不大。(我只加码matched 到300 粒在23 cent 左右而以)
错过的人25 cent 入场,也算不错如果自己本身
不要太过去与他人买入22-23 cent 做比较。
特兰普要是宣布发展美国大计(2017-2020 年)
热钱大大回流美国,有了钱,心痒痒,就会任性,当然不只是keep FD ,
美国这么大的地方,有排去计划发展动向,是4年之久呢!
1年里都可以开销US 几十billion 去建造这个那个。
更何况,是4年!
之前TAGB从28 cent 买卖跌至22.5 cent,
当中原因有二:
1。Profit Taking
2。特兰普当选美国总统遭到人民示威活动,3个地区遭到重新算票使到投资者担忧等等。
没有cutloss 的人可说是恭喜你了!
(因为通常这个情况很多人panic selling。如果他们买回22-23 cent 就好啦! )
30-35 cent 不可能吗?今年上半年里,说不定实现在你眼前。
TAGB 这艘船如何航行就得看特兰普政府如何去计划美国发展的政策了。
这将大大影响TAGB FY2017至FY2020 业绩表现。
