shares cancelled is about 181mil
how much to pay the dissenters? 181mil x 0.76sen = 137mil

so how much they wanna placed out? placed out at what price? how much working capital for the oil fields?

i am assuming might as well go for max 180mil PP they said last time.
180mil - 137 = 43mil left for working cap...sounds about right to me.

but if they are proceeding to placed out the shares, expect dilution. how much dilution? depends on how much they placed out. no PP, no dilution lo

but expect the share price to price in this dilution/PP if they really have PP. expect the share price to fall sikit. how much we dunno. might rise too

hence with div declare they will get the bulk of the div regardless of share price up or down.

would u care to up the price if u are still getting most of the div?
