FGV have a few billion in deposit so dividend of 4% for d next 4 yrs possible. Dont forget if there is profit i think about 15% must be paid to Fela Coperative balance only for shareholders. Politicians + fund mgrs used d new Chairman to push price up for their own gain, to me no reason for price to to go to 2.35 now 1.40, what sense??? no sense. Fgv shd hv planned for replanting program about 15 yrs ago now in a mess. Chairman shd be a planter n PM shd give him a clear message, bring Felda to UP standard.Why is UP having 2 horns but managed by Danish or ask a foreigner or bring the foreigners to manage fgv. Very simple PM shd engage pertanian graduates as field auditors n send them for training to UP/Klk/IOI. The field audit team will supervise d field n report direct to PM n what action to be taken, d chairman she be a planter, i am talking common sense, i was in d plantation for 40 yrs hv worked under d whitemen who r fully comitted on d job.Sack d mgrs who are not performing.I hope this message to PM.

Vincent Tan also own football team Cardiff City. Now he must even sell McDonalds and many of his Berjaya stable shares. So don't think own football team is sure make money business.

Big picture is RM still weak at RM 4.43.

Actually Q3 result is super nice to me, but this positive impact did not reflected in share price after that which I don't know why. Lol..
So Q4 good result will boost the result or not is still questionable. The best chemical to boost the price now at AAC binding price. If 1B USD, then i predict AA will stay at above 3.00. If 1.1B USD then is above 3.3. I wish is 1.2B so AA probably will stay above 3.6.
