Padini EPS 8 sen RM 2.58 why Parkson coming EPS 20-30 sen only 70 sen?

Highway still not complete what future you all talking abt. Then after complete will people use it is another problem. See Silk and MRCB also has problem with their highway with less than encouraging traffic. If I am tourist from Pg I still prefer existing NSE because I can reach KL sooner than WCE which I must go to Klang first than direct to KL.

After last QR which is in loss many(esp KWAP, FF) dare not chase so adopt and wait see QR. If QR good buying support will come in. CPO up 20%(RM 2950(Q4) vs RM 2450 in Q3) from last QR. Rubber(which FGV has interest) also up a lot in Q4. Cooking oil price also up a lot in Q4.

RoyFlyToSky the operator use the last qtr report trauma to bring down the price. if look at anually report 100% is last qtr yearly is performing crazily well. see public invest also predict rm2.20 tp i estimate this around rm2.40 to rm2.50 tp. dividen is 4cents. people i know work in felda say felda sux for nearly 1 & a half year no OT all it means fgv going major cost cutting. huge effect should be seen by now given long duration already. even ceo say fgv problem already finish last qtr. relax. have faith. this is like hibiscus & dnex going to be hot,hot,hot!

Wow can make profit even with net impairment loss RM 1.08 million. Expect even higher profit next QR when impairment loss turn to profit.

The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM1.07 million as compared with a profit before tax of RM1.04 million reported in the previous year’s corresponding quarter after accounting for the net impairment loss on other investment of RM1.08 million.
