why you never go for OCR PA ? a non-burnt warrant with conversion price of 1 ocr pa + 45 sen while ocr wc with conversion price of 50 sen...i think you are ignorant of this ocr pa .

The hidden agenda of the right issue is to discourage the retailers to subscribe for it , so Mayland can easily increases its stake to about 60% as indicated at minimum scenario...(please take note that ,the indicative right issue price is 21 sen)..FYI ,Mayland has increased its stake to about 32% CHEAPLY through right issue of LA about 3 years ago, because retailers has same complaints,many ended up not subscribing for it.Beside their own entitlement , Mayland has took the opportunity to buy about 100 millions LR from open market at about 4.5 sen each, in addition to that, Mayland acquired about another 57 millions LA through excess application.. that was the first time I saw a majority shareholder of a company applied for EXCESS in my 30 years history in stock market.

yes, you can sell the mother share from today onward, and sell the warrant on 11 November

some peoples who bought MNC-OR and subscribed for it will start to sell the MNC mother shares from tomorrow onward in advance before receiving their subscribed shares .

To value a stock, using PE alone is totally insufficient, you need more parameters like ROE, PEG, FCF..etc , just look at TENCENT which is listed in HK, its trading PE is always above 50 since 2004 when it was first listed at a price of about HKD 3.70, but now it is trading at about HKD 210x5= HKD 1050... if you had invested HKD 100,000 in it in 2004, now it is worth about HKD 27 millions excluding dividens receipt over last 12 years.

Do not buy MNC, it is VERY likely to fall below 10 sen by 11 November
