Last quarter IFCA made 1.9 cents. Annualized is 7.6 cents. If Ifca P/E is 10 then Ifca current price should be 76 cents. But there are 2 factors

1) GST is a "One Off" Event

2) RM8 Millions in Receivables. And with Oli & Palm crashing Govt might find it difficult to implement it

So I would give a 30% discount to 76 cents as a margin of safety.

So 76 x.7 = 53.2 cents (That is the intrinsic value of IFCA)

The above analysis is primitive and lousy,if you can understand why TENCENT has grown from 4 Hongkong dollars when it was first listed in 2004 to currently about 600 Hongkong dollars equivalent ( split 1 into 5 recently), then you will know IFCAMSC is likely to reach RM 1.0 soon.

Markets are overvalued, but you still can find undervalued counters in the market

I am buying warrants, it is not liquid, any way no worry about it, I will give suggestion to the board during AGM or open letter to members of board, ask them to issue bonus and share split, like split 1 to 2, then bonus 1 to 2 after split to make the shares and warrants more liquid.Any way last CBIP AGM in May 2014,I suggested to the members of the board to issue bonus and free warrants, and they adapted my suggestion.

Surelaughdie, Just for your information,our group has bought about 20 million shares (slightly below 10% of company total number of shares)in AWC over last two weeks, since you had bought in "Donkey years ago " you should stay sideline for good. You also should notice that over last 7 years, awc never move above 36 cents, until recently it broke 36 cents, and reached new high of 39 cents just couple of days ago, and daily volumes are consistently exceeding 2 million shares, which i am sure you had never seen it in your "Donkey years ago" right ?

If mother share remains at that say 1.10, after bonus it becomes (1.1x5)/6 =91.6 cents, do not listen those who are talking rubbish that it will fall to 68 cents, the sell down of LR is that LR holders were told that after converted to LA and LA might not be listed due to insufficient public spread of 25 %

LR is a good buy now ,because it traded at discount, after subscribe for LA, and If LA does reach the required public spread, it might not be listed, in that case you can just convert to mother share and sell it, and it is very STUPID to hold mother share or buy mother share now, because if you have mother share you should swap it to LR , because 10,000 mother shares can become about 14,000 mother share while if you hold the 10,000 mother shares , after getting your bonus, you only get 12,000 units instead of about 14,000 units.

About 400 million LAs are not converted yet, out of 400 millions, 240 millions are held by Mayland, others hold about 160 millions

If David Chiu convert all his LA into mother shares next week it will trigger a MGO, because his holding will exceed 33% unless he does not convert all.
