Mayland is planning to go public in 3 years time, before that it will turn LG to be her subsidiary.... and likely LG would be changed to Mayland properties Bhd later,current proposed merger of operations of property development was actually planned long ago, but retailers were not noticing it only, go ahead with the right issue or sell your shares now, no point grumbling any further.

The main purpose of right issue is to discourage the retailers to take up, so Mayland can increases its stake to above 50% at low cost, and they had done it before through LA right issue a few years ago

Since US presidential election is over, It is only normal for global financial markets to undergo a 9 years cycle major correction...we live to witness this happening.

some peoples who bought MNC-OR and subscribed for it will start to sell the MNC mother shares from tomorrow onward in advance before receiving their subscribed shares .

To value a stock, using PE alone is totally insufficient, you need more parameters like ROE, PEG, FCF..etc , just look at TENCENT which is listed in HK, its trading PE is always above 50 since 2004 when it was first listed at a price of about HKD 3.70, but now it is trading at about HKD 210x5= HKD 1050... if you had invested HKD 100,000 in it in 2004, now it is worth about HKD 27 millions excluding dividens receipt over last 12 years.
