Kyy bought Liihen since 2014 before share split and bonus, I calculated he used about Rm 20 millions to own about 10% , with the dividends received over the period, at current price level,he should profit not less than RM 30 millions

by calculation using this formula :(Ax2-1.0-1.2)=reference price.. A is the closing price of mother share on the last day prior listing of OR..therefor (1.55x2-1.0-1.20)=.90 or 90 sen

the reference price of PRLEXUS-OR is 90 sen, it will trade above RM 1.0 on 23rd May( next monday)

You need to hold the shares at least until 16th June, then only you would be paid 5 sen dividend on 4th July.

And based on calculation, if it closes at 2.14, 2.15 or 2.16 today, Monday reference price is 1.05, and I strongly feel that, if every warrant has a value with reasonable premium, the mother share shall be falling below RM 1.0 on Monday (18th April) because smart shareholders are rushing to sell in order to capture the premium.... we just wait and see.

cytew fiamma20 Already disposed long time ago at RM2.48. It has been a month after the EGM, the Management has decided to abort the proposed bonus issue and share split as there has been insufficient capital reserve to declare bonus shares. Just wait for the announcement in the next few day.
