brianklc, those are not friendly parties but related parties to KLK. Insiders will use random names/accounts like ah kow, ah chong, ahmad, muthu, ali, ah moi, samy, etc to buy. Totally not related and cannot be linked to the insiders unless one or more of them confess or whistle blow. That is why insider trading is so hard to prosecute.

brianklc, if you understand the modus operandi of an insider, they always buy using trusted retail third party names or friendly parties and always keeping it under 5% stake. This way they don't need to announce anything and fly under the radar or the regulators.

Makes you wonder why did KLK offer so high price in the first place only to come to their senses now? They cannot be so bodoh right. Was there insider trading taking place?
