The beauty of small cap to the delight of small investors. All numbers look fantastic on a per share basis. Big funds cannot buy due to liquidity issue but retail investors can slowly and quietly cherry pick. There are not many times when retailers have advantages over institutions. Grab the opportunity.

There must be a good reason why they pushed it so far forward to 29 Oct when the closing date to accept the OCBC offer is 12 July. Is there a hidden message? Read between the lines.

Not many on the top 30 shareholders list. Even if they want to increase, not easy as there are just not much supply. Can't buy a lot without moving the share price.

They want but not able to due to small cap and low liquidity. Which is why should do a more than justified bonus issue to increase their share capital. Win Win.

Impending huge dividend and/or bonus issue is a matter of when not if. I know bonus issue is gimmicky but it has its merit for a small cap growth company like this.

No more the same animal it was less than a year ago. Deserves a re rating and much higher valuation.

Cut off date extended till 29 Oct 2024 is positive for Kuchai.

Hopefully result will be good. If got dividend will be even better.

I think coming from the angle that Kuchai could have gotten more. Is there any possibility of adjustment or go around certain conditions to what was agreed at the EGM so that Kuchai will get a fairer deal?
