To be fair, they have said many times of not wanting to remain listed. The only thing that disturb their plan was inflation. Now most of the remaining minority shareholders are not willing to sell cheap. To these shareholders especially the bigger state or govt linked one, I must caution you not to go into any scam with Felda on the cheap to reach 90% in order to rip off balance shareholders and get some sort of rebate or kick back in return. Have some conscience and play fair. KARMA is real.

I say they are scheming and scamming how to swallow the whole company at the lowest possible price. Minority shareholders, who gives a damn.

Losing or winning fair is ok but in Malaysia, corporate governance is very poor. Minority shareholders always kena ripped off in major corporate exercises.

Many companies have in the past done it before. Do "funny things" with certain shareholders to trigger a low compulsory GO price to rip off minority shareholders. But don't try it here. ESG is watching you closely.

IPO price was RM3 back in 2007. Making money with dividend every year with record profit this year. Of course we hope to buy it cheaper but at current price is already a steal. Stock market is really heaven for savvy and deep pocket investors. All they have to do is buy good undervalued shares, collect dividends and wait. Let good people manage the company for them. Just like Warren Buffett. Piece of cake.

Has been high vol since 6/7/22. Mopping up operations by Felda at RM1.50. Join them. Grab as many as possible. Don't let them mop everything cheap. Even at RM1.51 is ok.

@moneyontheway, I have no idea man. But one thing for sure is definitely will be taken private. Already Felda said many times don't intend to maintain listing. When and at what price I don't know. I suspect it will be sooner rather than later. Another thing for sure is that dividend this year will be at least 10 sen from 8 sen last year. Major shareholder Felda wants more money to flow upwards ma since they hold more than 80%.

The phenom when closing price of certain stocks especially big caps spike or plunge at theoretical closing price. Can take advantage by selling or buying and square the position next Monday when price will usually normalize.
