For a long term investment, the most important criteria is a trustworthy owner. Example : owner of Harta vs. Supermax; Vitrox vs. Notion & Willow; Mahsing vs. Lien Hoe.

Do not get me wrong that KGB is not good and sell. Instead I have a lot of KGB and will keep it for much higher price. But I have not found strong fundamentals of KGB for a long term investment. This is also a response to one of our friend's intention to keep KGB for long long term.
