Just helped my friend research on this company. In short, this company going to face very very big problem on 2018. We simplified to these 6 points:

1. Coming quarter will be very very bad result (very high possibility a loss result) due to weak USD, EURO agaist MYR. Every 10% increase in USD will cause about 5 cent loss per share for PRLEXUS. 31-Jan-2018 USD/MYR closed at RM3.90, a deep depreciate from 31-Oct-2018 RM4.22, which caused about 3.8 cent lost in one quarter.
2. Reducing order from apparel customer
3. Huge depreciation expected from Johor fabric mill expect to incur in 2018 (10% depreciation rate)
4. Start-up losses in the 2018 financial year mainly due to lower capacity utilization at the initial stage for Johor new fabric mill
5. High CAPAX cash needed for Vietnam and Johor mill thus decrease in dividend is expected
6. Highly depend on manpower, every increase in minimum wages is a hit for this company

In overall ... please be caution and good luck to remaining shareholders :O

1.u no need care about its average value. Just need to know it's value closing on March accounting period. Which is about 50+usd, now crude oil stand at 45usd+.
2.boss ady told, 3q 2018, more than 1 year needed for upgrade.
3. Like I said above, decrease in stock value, reduce in production ->less revenue->less profit. Higher debt-> longer repayment time->no hope for dividend.

These are all the risk in hengyuan, but there is good as well, but i don't tell good news. Trade at your own, think independently.

yes refining industry will benefit from low crude price PROVIDED THAT they running at high production rate and low inventory stock. HengYuan production surely will be reduced once upgrade started. Moreover, from the report u can know that they just added their stock to 1 billion+(historical high) as at 31 March (stock value depreciate needed on account) .... good luck >.<

Honestly, from the announcement, can realize that
1. debt going to increase
2. longer time to repay debts
3. no hope of dividend
4. Decrease in production volume
5. Possible missed out the low crude oil price era
6. So so financial result expected in near term

From annual report chairman statement, can see that company benefit from weak crude oil price too, as crude oil is their cost.

This company same business as Petron Malaysia, but Petron own its petrol station, but HengYuan did not own Shell petrol station. In this case, let say goverment set petrol price RM2, Petrol able to earn full profit, mean COST to RM2. For HengYuan, it earn COST to RM1.95 and 0.05 cent earn by petrol station per liter.

my opinion is downtrend will start from today, fundamental and TA both not looks good, just keep u away from falling knife.
