Its easy for us to bash companies as all of them have their imperfections, especially during current economic outlook. But you have to understand, in such dire situation, there is confident that is imbuing and this really tells you a lot about the company.

Who say EPCC isnt its core, it represent about 30/40% of its business. Its nervous to expand beyond the tradition, just like Apple and Disney when they launch the new subscription model. To be uncomfortable in the short term is to actually grow.

@Philip This kind of sort of related party is really rampant in nowadays corporations. As you can see, the Abu Dhabi company is very linked to state government authorities. I guess in the end, the real paymaster will be Abu Dhabi government or local authorities that wanted to develop that part of land. Who knows, its all not disclose but based on the info we got, I think this is a good one.
