@aaron_tan inicial drop was sparked by Tawin share division, as the two companies are now linked. Further damage was done by the jittery market due to MCO 3.0. But that's just my gut feel.

@investment 888. Yes asiaply is making protective shields for companies here and worldwide for covid protection. But unlike other pandemic play counters asiaply has been able to use the opportunity to spring board into the solar panel manufacturing market and also car windows for electric cars, so there is an even better story for them post covid. As a result of this they are in the process of building a brand new factory which will have the capacity to double their output and this should be completed within the next quarter, so in a very short period of time over say the next 2 or 3 quarters there profits will be significantly increased.

@trader808 if you subscribe you buy a share for sens 0.06 and get a share worth sens 0.16, as of close today. Seems worth it to me ?

@Aaron_tan ..you sold and need to buy back in again at a lower price is it ? You may make a few sens here or there... but you are going to miss the asiaply train when it leaves the station. I could do what you are doing...but I choose to hold. I remember when my good friend first told me I should buy asiaply. I also remember telling him I thought it was a bit expensive at 0.17...How I wish I had not sold at 0.22 a few weeks later. At that time I never understood the potential value of this company.

It depends on your trading strategy, if you want to in and out over 2 to 3 sens or want to hang in and go for gold. I am in for gold.

In my mind asiaply and tawin will do very well in the medium / long term. I also suspect the Tawin rights issue will be fully / over subscribed.

I was surprised to see the drop today, why is an unknown, but asiaply and tawin are now closely linked.

Tawin today did their rights issue(RI) which has brought the share price down significantly and this may have had an impact on asiaply. The fundamentals of the business have not changed, for me I will still hold. Tawin will stablise following the RI.

Have you guys filled in any psperwork for the RI? I have not received any as of yet ?

Over the last few months the share value has been stable in a cyclic range between approximate sens 0.35 - 0.40. Looking mid term we are getting closer and closer to the operation of the second factory which is going to double the production volume. ...So I am happy to hold through the smaller market fluctuations.

@Aaron_Tan the price will go up and down tomorrow, but these are short term fluctuations, the bigger picture indicates that asiaply will do very well in the medium term, with a new factory doubling production coming on line shortly and the tie up venture with Tawin. Electric cars are only going to increase in the foreseeable future.

Guys you have to expect a bit of retracement off a new high, but the medium / long term trend over the last few months has been pushing upwards. About six weeks or so back everyone was looking for it to touch 0.35!

The future for asiaply is very bright, the new factory which will double production shortly is not yet even operational. I still intend to hold asiaply until it hits 0.70 or above.

Share price will naturally recede of a new high. Directors are still buying in...patience is required.

One day you guys will sell out at 0.38 and it will keep going and never drop below 0.42. You will then be saying I will buy back in at 0.40 but then all of a sudden it will be 0.45 and you will miss the asiaply train for a few cents here and there on the way up.

I suspect many will sell at there target point of 0.50....just to buy back in above 0.50. Don't often get opportunities like this, a definite hold.

@firewall certainly possible, but one of the directors Dato Yeo Boon Leong, just bought 2.8 million ++ shares at 0.375 so I see that as a strong vote of confidence.

Hopefully if the second factory is completed on time it will start to provide income by the next or certainly following quarter. Plus we also have the good news of the tie up between asiaply and tawin. So I am anticipating a significant jump in share value within the next one or two quarters...

@greenland, yes you are correct the pp last year was undertaken at 0.41

There is now strong support around 0.35 which is encouraging . Plus Dato Yeo Boon Leong, a company director just purchased another 2,867,000 shares at 0.375. So 0.40++ is within a short term reach.

Good upward movement today, with this announcement potentially further uplift tomorrow

When the price gets to 0.35 it is a good chance to accumulate. When the income from the second factory hits the balance sheet 0.35 will be a distant memory.

@ LimauAisKurangManis when do you think this rights issue will be and if I am correct it is sens 6 per share you hold?

Expect upward movement now with the announcement of Tawin and asiaply new joint venture securing a Global Vendor Agreement. Tawin jumped a good few sens just before close already.

I also think Tawin share price will hit this range too, so I bought in to Tawin about a week after the asiapoly directors did.

@martinking I definitely believe Asiaply has the potential to hit a range of 0.75 - RM1.00 and that why I am holding.
