if the asset is deteriorating, should it be wiser to give more discout on megasteel asset. cause the asset will worth lesser over time + we wouldnt even know that the management can generate operating profit from it. any wrong move will be like a double edge sword. the interest needs still needs to be serviced as the asset becomes lower

u forget one thing. knowing mahathir, future contracts will not be given to china contractor so that local contractor can absorb the budget turnover. under najib administration local contractors were left with bones

at 300m market cap this company only worth 8cents. No way this company will be valued above 1 bil. no way

which company can replicate gamuda in malaysia. name me 1. yes, less infra works but less china competitors too.

this company value depends solely on bn contract. bn ends? so does this company.

considering the past merit. gamuda can be considered the taiko in malaysia. at this price. very safe to enter.

i also buy hupseng because of the brand name. just little bit
