I agree with you Steve ! Better they keep the cash to acquire more technology assets like Inari, etc. This is also why they seek pre-approval for capital stock expansion ! They can buy new Inari like assets (or even more of Inari) with their cash on hand and new shares of stock ! I am lovin that idea ! F the dividend !

No other stock on the KLSE is a better or safer hold except for maybe the 6% dividend stocks.

Everybody has to make their own decisions in the end. Mine is to keep Insas because rarely see such value so under priced and with such forward momentum and potential.

I can oso see MPHBCAP at RM 3 in a year or less. These are my two favorites at the moment. Taitai oso own E&O which suffer a bit from the budget but again I see RM 3 in a year or less based on what they have going in Penang, She Oso keep Media Prima and Magnum for dividends. She gonna dump mrcb, johan, uems and put proceeds in Insas, Mulpha may keep it as not be doing nothin but ya know i got dis feeling about it surprising her. dunno. maybe she oso dump it and put in mphbcap.

I think fair value for Insas is at least RM 3 but of cos it wun just go there overnight. I can however see it there in a year or less.

Insas nav must be around RM 2 now and share should be selling at a premium not a 50% discount ! Oni a matter of time. Oni a matter of time. Insas is now primarily a technology company.

Huh ??? Inari pay diddleysquat just like insas ! It is also a growth stock ! you can calculate or not ? if not ask your mother. both about 1% what make you think Inari pay big dividend ? you kenna count or not ?
2013-11-26 21:26 | Report Abuse
point is if you want dividends buy dividend paying stocks like magnum and media prima. but if you want growth and capital gains buy stocks like insas. don't bitch when a growth stock pays shitty dividend nor when dividend stock dun yield capital gains.

170 million unrealized surplus for Inari is NOT yet reflected in accounts. This means current nav is way way underestimated and the stock even more undervalued.

AL_investor Growth stocks generally do not pay dividends or just token ones like Insas. The stock has more than doubled this year and I think it will at least double again. The value to be unlocked is incredible. How many solid growth stock do you know selling at 10X earnings and almost 50% below NAV ? Tell me all because I want to buy them all !

I like what I see in the announcements. More share buyback, pre- approval for increased share capital for acquisitions, Music to my ears. http://announcements.bursamalaysia.com/EDMS/edmsweb.nsf/all/C645C6EFB9C9025948257C2E00332A74/$File/notice.pdf

How many times do I have to say it. Insas is an ASSET play not an earnings or dividend play. I don't want them to pay ANY dividend. I want them to use that cash for acquisitions to grow the business and the more and faster they can do that the better. This will raise the price of the stock far more than any dividend would. If you want dividends then buy Magnum or Media Prima. Or, take a shot at MPHB Capital.

The ringgit is likely to trade higher against the US dollar next week following the more upbeat outlook for stock markets, said dealers.
Affin Investment Bank vice president and head of retail research Dr Nazri Khan said local stocks would stage a solid rebound on Moody's upgrade of Malaysia's ratings and positive regional strength.
