You dun buy either inari nor insas for dividend as it is oni about 1% per annum. You wan dividend buy Magnum or Media Prima for ~6% per annum. You buy the former for capital gain and the latter for dividend. You almost never will get both.

Let me add: Insas as opposed to sumatec (which is a total speculation and pure gambling) is a solid company with HIGH asset value and LOW price which translates to VALUE ! If you want to gamble buy sumatec. If you want to invest, buy Insas.

sometime exchange rules work in our favor. insas is seriously undervalued and either the price has to rise or somebody will make a general offer to try and get the whole enchilada on the cheap and if they try and get it to cheap a bidding war will start and in the end the investors will win. not sure that is what is going to happen with insas right now but i am sure it is grossly undervalued and worth a whole lot more than .95RM. End of story.

sumatec may be legit turnaround but LOTS of risk whereas insas is on solid ground and all lights are green.

i like sandalwood oil is good for pain and skin and so many things.

i prefer shares with strong balance sheet and positive nav like insas and not shares losing money with negative net worth like sumatec. too risky.
