In replying to writer's questions :-
1) If MP are not jumping, how can the government or the party leader sacked them ?
2) Well, prior to confidence vote, MPs have to declare their standing and if they wanted to shift/jump to another party, under the anti hopping law they have to resign from their positions which i think is an effective way of stopping MP from
jumping.
3) MPs should not jump from one political party to another as rakyat voted the said MPs was based on the then political party's background and standings. If MPs switched to another party, the background and standings already changed, it is against the voters aspirations/mandate and this is akin to the basic understanding of the voters had been breached by the MPs.
Nevertheless, the below points are more crucial :-
1) MPs are elected by the rakyats should carry the aspirations and wishes of the rakyat.
2) MPs should be patriotic to country and sacrifice for the country and there should not have any personal interests. That is what the PM and MP do during swearing in.

In my opinion, actually don't need confidence vote for the newly helmed PM as confidence already shown in SD which Ismail Sabri have had 114 votes and furthermore is not the requirement under the Constitutions, and the appointment is by Agong whose power is enshrined in the Constitutions. Confidence vote only apply when there is a loss of confidence on PM in administering the country, eg. corruptions, malpractices, etc...

That is why opposition side are invited for join effort to handle the covid. Lets wait and see the Government's first move as oppositions are waiting and this can be a hot topic in GE15.

Well, we should not condemn the Government on whether lock up will bring adverse effects to the economy. When covid just emerge in Malaysia, all of us possess little knowledge of it, ie. how to handle it, knowledge on mode of covid transmission, any medicine to prevent/cure, etc. Later, we learnt that covid is air-bone disease mostly via personal contact. So, the next step taken by Malaysia was via lock down which i think is a reasonable move/measures. And even now lock down has been continued particularly in heavy infected regions/states but the covid cases kept surging due to Delta variants. What i am trying to say here is no body can guarantee the measures taken will be success and even the whole world as you can read from the news in view this covid and Delta is new to the world. The mistake i reckoned was during PH times when Tun M allowed the visitors from China to enter Malaysia when Wuhan was in a high stage of covid infected areas.

Of course the newly helmed PM would have a final decision on the cabinet line up. Don't you (oppositions) tell me the cabinet line up have to get your consent and be according to your like but unluckily you are not the PM. I have the perception that PH is champion in talking but doing nothing just like when they were in power. I do agree Azmin Ali is not good in economics and attracting FDI and foreign investors as can seen since when he was in PH until PN and now. Perhaps, PM should considers a better candidate for MITI.

I fully agreed with the Sarawak Government to implement only fully vaccinated people can work/carry on business activities. We have no choice as this is the only way of prevention and knowledge acquainted so far (whether it is effective or not ) in the hope of curbing the spread of covid. There is no choice for people to choose whether to work or not as starvation would also put you to death end. In regards to human rights, i would say 'Human lives are more important than Human rights which is a non-material and non-live. Likewise, the vaccinated public also do not have human rights if those unvaccinated can move around. Human rights should apply fairly to the all party involved.

"Voon said that the move went against human rights and questioned whether it contravened Article 8 of the Constitution on equality before the law."
My understanding from the above-mentioned is Human rights is more important than Human lives. If you already die because of covid in relation to SOP, what is the use of Human rights. 'Sarcastic'

Of course, allocations of MP would not given to oppositions. Whoever be PM also do the same not excluding PH when they were in power. This is the simple logic and nature of human being. Since opposition parties are blaming the previous Government for failure in dealing with the covid-19 and new variants Delta, they are invited by the PM to deal with the covid-19. What else you want???

@ Interfund. True or not, based on what information ??? As far as i know oppositions are invited to deal with covid-19 only but not MP post. Ismail side you have - Umno, Bersatu, GPS and Sabah (1) - already not enough seats to allocate, no spare for oppositions. This is a fact.

Well it all depends which standing you are - West Malaysians or Sabahan. For your information, Sarawak and Sabah status of rights are different from states of West Malaysia in light of the Malaysia Agreement 1963. Under this Agreement, the 2 states posses the rights on education, banking, ports, oil and gas resources and many others but was subsequently changed by the Federal Government. In fact, this Agreement cannot be changed/ is untouchable/challengeable in court because it was the basis for Sarawak and Sabah to join the Federation before Malaysia was born. So, by rights there should be 3 - Malaya States, State of Sarawak and State of Sabah.

Opine 'no go' mostly influenced by M as he is the most non-beneficiary of PH & MU. i guess LGE most probably will take his father's advice whom in turn is very close to M now.

From past records, it seems AI is a square head not suitable in politics. I doubts if he become PM will be short while either toppled by insider or outsider. Can you imagine PH manifesto clearly stated he will be PM after 2 years but he cannot grasp it.

@Aaron, my question is whether Dsai has personally approached Sarawak CM? It is not whether Dsai can meet Sarawak CM's political requests and i opine that is DSAI's side have to tackle it and Dsai's wisdom in dealing with this. In regarding intelligence issue, i would say old man is far far better than DSAI, that is why DSAI has been played out by old man even PH Manifesto stated clearly he will be PM after 2 years' time and likewise it is true some ppl say Anwar is always PM tepi as in my opinions it is not up to my expectations of intelligence to be PM. On Sarawak CM side of course he needs somethings assured or else how he face his team GPS.

Why boycott Sarawak, Anwar Ibrahim personally not even have the initiative to reach Abg Joh for support. It is fair and logical you should approach Abg Joh as you are seeking for support (whether GPS would support is different issue). Secondly, there must be some conditional agreement, eg. MP posts, Malaysia Agreement 1963 annexed to Federation).

PH would loss in Sarawak election :- why ?
1) loss of credence as PH has had not fulfilled the promises outlined in the PH Manifesto. Obvious case in Sarawak was promises by M during a ceramah in Everrise Kuching wherein he promised to return Sarawak rights under MA1963 if PH was in power but promises was not kept.
2) No development under PH constituencies, eg. Kuching, you can't see any different for the past 10 over years.
3) As for GPS, they succeed in (the first step to gain back Sarawak rights under MA1963) gaining back the Sarawak sales tax 5% on oil which never happened before.
4) I could not seen during PH time DAP has fought for Sarawak rights under MA1963.
If you are not Sarawakian, better be silent in this issue.
