I think it is oversold for some unknown reasons, but reading in the Edge that EPF has been buying in the last few trading days, I draw more comfort from that...

Interestingly, I picked up some of the call warrants before its quarterly results n disposed of the next morning to make some contra gains. Now eyeing for opportunity to take the profits, when it spikes...

Looking good this morning..... first 30mins of trade, already up 4sen....

Is EPF doing the trades today?? The volume and price drop don't make sense, after the announcement of a positive quarterly results. Are the investors expectation too high??

I sold n bought back.... So, end of day, I still hold the same units of CJ. Now, my cost is averagely lower than what I bought. So, waiting for it to go up.

WCT is not my kind of counter.... construction n property developers are different class of its own. I m the kind who like CARS and AIRPLANES..... Vrooom Vrooomm type!!! hahahaha :) :)

Now, I m starting to trade on Air Asia coz I believe it is oversold. Just a thought to share.... I believe in both DRBHICOM and AIRASIA. So, both also I want to keep.... :)

Sell in the morning, buy back in the afternoon. Now, waiting for it to go up.... At least can make contra gains on the same day. But u need enough bullets to do that.... :)

Btw, one other observation is that whenever POS is down, DRBHICOM will be up on that trading day. My guess was that POS recently announced n entitlement date for its dividend went ex-. Now, it is DRBHICOM's turn to pay out dividend. So, probably the similar group of investors r now back into DRBHICOM.

Today's trade seems to suggest more investors r coming back to DRBHICOM n letting go POS. I'm pretty sure DRBHICOM will rally soon., judging by the few push today n the drop of POS for the past few trading days.

Even Credit Suisse Group is giving overweight rating on AirAsia. Thumbs up!!!

Yes, they are very good n skillful crocs. Let's see if these crocs can make a MERDEKA DAY special. Looking at the volume, I think tomorrow will be interesting to watch. :)

Btw, I just want to note that dividends are paid out based on Accounting profits, not operational profits. So, as most could have read contradictory messages that its accounting profits are made up of mainly one time accounting booking of its listing of AA Thai, it is truly an accounting profit. Therefore, it is building its net assets value. As such, it must be good.

If only that is explained in the analysts' reports to give readers a better perspective of matters on hand.

hahaha.... Datuk, crocodile in the Amazon is highly respected. Likewise, if u r in the Canton region, it is considered one of the most highly priced species.... I have all respect for investors. Likewise, I m also n investor myself, only that I speculate sometime.

Sometimes, the danger is that the market is falsifying the sentiment, so that whoever holding the shares will sell to them at low price, and then the price shoot up, that's when they sell. So, beware of crocodile in the calm water....

Then bought CT at 3.5 today and sold at 4.... All in all, quite a good counter to trade ..... :)

CT was trading at 3 yesterday.... picked some n sold at 4 today....

Profit is still profit, it can be one-time or recurring, but so long accounting standards do not allow its recognition, no way AIR ASIA can report such gains.

For those who already moved on, well life goes on as usual. For those who just picked this counter to invest, we hope to see it FLYING to greater heights. As the saying goes, "NOW EVERYONE CAN FLY... with AIR ASIA"...... :)

In fact, the safer play is CJ not CN. The strike price for CJ is RM2.10 but CN is RM3. As the mother share is now trading at RM2.52, that means CN will not get paid but CJ does.

Playing contra has its pro and con. But so far DRBHICOM players have this tendency to play contra on selected call warrants. Yes, good to sell high n buy low later. After last night announcement on their dividend, maybe another spike this morning.

DRBHICOM just announced its final dividend. U need to spend a little more time to study the counter in order to understand its behaviour. Every push down would have its rally following. Don't worry, if CJ at 0.125 is too low, then it will be up in no time. It has 3 more months to expiry. Looking at its trend now, very likely the rally for CJ will be more pertinent than the other call warrants.

Maybe getting ready to Fly higher....

quite a lot. actually, i played contra in the past few days. those on hand, sell and buy back later. those i bought, contra in a few days before settlement day.

next strategies?? well, that depends, if market is up, sell down. if market is down, buy more ..... :)
