In my opinion the method of averaging down is only applicable to strong & sound FA stock with high ROE, low PE ratio, low gearing ratio or no debt but cash rich & is trading below its intrinsic value (undervalue).

However, it is advisable not to apply averaging down method on PN17 counter, goreng stock, weak FA stock & those already trading above its intrinsic value.

You might get yrself burnt like a charcoal n yr flight will definitely landed in HOLLAND.

GHLSYS cumulative results for the financial period ended 31/12/2013 shows an increased profit margin of 18.7% fr RM4.35mil (2012) to RM5.17mil (2013)& EPS increased fr 3.01 sen (2012) to 3.10 sen (2013) which is very encouraging & reflect its great potential as a rising star for year 2014.

Furthermore, the quarterly report (Quarter-To-Quarter)on consolidated results for the financial period ended 31/12/2013 is showing a net loss of RM400K as compared with a net gain of RM714K for the previous corresponding quarter.

However, fr the accounting perspective & as an investor, v must hv a clear picture to take into account during that period GHLSYS had to incurred financial & advisory cost expenditure of RM1.5mil for their M&A corporate exercise for Epay & also incurring an additional cost of RM900K for non-cash Employees Share Option Scheme (ESOS).

Therefore as a result of the necessary high expenditure incurred to facilitate the success of M&A corporate exercise for Epay, its Q-To-Q only indicated a minimal loss of RM400K. If without the said M&A corporate exercise, I believe GHLSYS Q-To-Q financial results will show a positive sign of net profit of RM2mil.

The future growth for GHLSYS is extremely bright & their projected net profit margin for the year 2014 is realistic & achievable. Good luck.

My view on today's mkt sentiment is that it is pretty weak. The bull & the bear is fighting agressively in control of the mkt, but I think the bear will emerge as the winner. Moreover, our mkt is due for a correction for the coming weekend, where investors will take profit off the table.
