Imposition of GST will be offset by decrease in personal taxes eventually...i think the Govt is in the right mind to implement GST especially the individual income per capita has increased significantly for the last 10 years.

To me, MKLand is as good as zero gearing...

I will buy, once the company books in the proceeds from land disposal which will be reflected in the next financial year, the story will be entirely different (provided no Asia financial crisis as proclaimed Maybank Investment Bank and others), the EPS will surely increase significantly.

Not only Pantech, i cut loss everything including Salcon,Brahim, Mkland and so forth. This contagion effect eventually reached our shore, i think we will be as bad as India and Indonesia, both have been badly battered.

Pantech at 1.01 or 1.02 is good buy.

Nemesis is virtually correct, i m expecting dividend of 2 sen or more to be declared this time.

MKLAND has a net cash position with cash balance of Rm 150m and borrowing of Rm135m, with more disposal of land (it has landbank of 600over acres) from now to the near future, it should sit on solid cash pile and position itself well for the next projects (to be announced by MK) soon. Its NTA should stand more than 0.80 and above. I like this stock and i think it is definitely undervalued as compared to its peers like Malton, GOB, Tambun and LBS to name a few. This stock reminds me of Daiman, a very conservative property company based in Johor Bahru.

hardly got people buying...i don't see any buying for those who mentioned to buy when the price comes down, hopefully they come in to support
