His rare style of leadership were very pragmatic, always held on to be self reliant first & the most obvious of him was he always had a long views on issues. Past leaders from the west as well as the East, benefited from his disinterested views. Singapore and the world will miss this Giant as he is joined and be equaled with the ranks of the Greats.

Inari BOD is very smart. In most cases, a downward revision of RM0.38 in expected upon ex. But in this exercise, there won,t be any revision, it shall remains the same BUT one would get extra & free 62.73 WA for every 1000 WA

By this, the Co gets extra money upon exercising WA.

Why WA so cheap? 2 reasons
1. Many are lost in calculating the no of free WA before ex;
2. Consequence to (1), they thot RM0.38 would be adjusted downward but don,t know at what price,

It has been very volatile since mid oct, long enough to guess by investors, the right level of price to prevail. It cld also due to foreseeable strengthening of the Dollar for next few quarters. In the meantime, it was bcos of its Rights issues. RM3-00 is FV cum Rights

If buy at 4.96 & EGM fails then the share will definitely drop immediately to 4.50 & drift lower day after day.......... So the risk is high..... High bcos you don't just 1 lot, you buy a lot, like MAS

The only risk is the SCR is rejected at the upcoming EGM. If it is passed, it is almost certain that the share price could go higher to 5.15

Why would people still buy in at RM0.27 while SCR is also at RM0.27? Can any experts enlighten this puzzling trade?
