You see, in stocks we pass judgments according to what we know. If I am always 100% correct every thing I would be an immortal.

I not only warned about AirAsia & AAX for their high debt load. I also warned about IFCA, Sumtech, VSolar & XOX.

Excludes those items, it made about RM1 billion plus per annum

Based on 3.3 billion shares, core EPS about 30 Sen to 33 Sen

Now PER is about 10 to 12 times

The deal will only be completed next quarter so unlikely they will announce special dividend anytime now - only when full sale proceeds are received, no? The most we can hope for is an announcement that the SSA has been signed, by whom, and for what price.
