I missed the latest share acquisition of 2,821,100 units by KWP on 17 April in my summary yesterday. So total new shares bought since their last disposal is 12,095,900.

It may be note worthy to know that both EPF and KWP made their last disposals of MYEG shares 2 days apart on 18 and 20 March 2024 respectively.

On 18 March 2024 EPF actually ceased to be a Substantial Shareholder of the counter after unloading 4,535,000 shares but regained the SS status on 27 March after acquiring 3,500,000 new shares.

So far, EPF has made new share acquisitions on 1 day in March and 3 days in April totalling 14,257,000 units.

KWP has acquired new shares on 2 days in March and 4 days in April totalling 9,274,800 units.

MYEG is very shrewd in its tax management and is able to enjoy a lot of tax incentives offered by the government, so much that the effective cummulative tax rate paid for the financial year 2023 is only 0.29% compared to the standard 24%.

Sori, I misread the announcement statement. TS Wong does not own any HTPADU shares directly. All 15.889% shareholding of HTPADU (16,083,900 units) are owned by MYEG controlled by him.

The proposed final dividend of 1.68% is a subliminal message from TS Wong to us. Bonanza all the way the road ahead!

When all stars are aligned, EPF and KWP will turn buyers. Then the stock price may ascend almost relentlessly to new level after new level.

TS Wong acquired 1.5116 million direct shares to bring up his total shareholding of HTPADU to 15.889%.

What's the current status of the JV Agreement with Regal Orion signed in early 2022 to develop a RM350 million data centre on HTPADU's land in Shah Alam? Very quiet on this. Did it proceed to the construction stage?

Isn't it wiser to team up with the best who have the most advances technology, are the most reliable in completing hugh contract projects, and are the most competitive in pricing? What about future maintenance of the HSR, availability and pricing of spare parts and skills in upkeeping works? Some countries have a reputation to fleece their customers in the after sales period.

I hear some Japanese companies have already hightailed away from the HSR project on hearing that the Msian govt will not fund it.

I don't have much hope that BJLAND is in the consortium team that will win the HSR Project. There is no China partner in their bidding team.

Maybe more good news yet to come after the superb 4Q Report as the share price is still flying?

Tan Sri Chairman duly noted on Mr Joseph Lam Wai's advice that the Company should use the proceeds received from the Court settlements to reduce the Group bank borrowings instead of re-investing in new businesses, so that the investors will revalue the Company.

Jeju Resort, Selangor Turf Clu and Great Mall Of China more or less sorted out now, despite the advent of Covid-19. RM1 per share soon.

how can we retrieve d info of 14/04 direct business transaction of 0.47 for half mil shares ?


I can see in my Kentrade platform under; market/direct business transactions.

If you have problems with your platform, you can ask your remisier to look it up in their system.

I looked at it just after noon time today and saw the off market transactions done on BJLand and BJCorp Shares on 13 and 14 April respectively.

Above the day's trading range. A good sign.

At the highest of the day's range

Half a million shares of BJCorp shares changed hands on 14 April yesterday at RM0.47 a unit in a direct business transaction.

Done at RM0.38

28 Million BJLand shares crossed hands in a direct business transaction on 13 April, 2 days ago.

MACD starting to dip below signal line. But of course both technical and fundamental analysis aren't very useful tools in reading BJCorp n BJLand movements.

I just saw a direct transaction of 10.8 million BJLand shares crossing off market at RM0.42 per unit yesterday (12 April 2021) in the system. No other details were available.

No worries, the lower the price drops, the higher the rebound, and Jalil will still be around.

Hari Raya rally coming

Perhaps, VT and RT decided to take as some positions in crypto coins. Binance Coin more than doubled in less than 3 weeks. Took 4 weeks for BJLand to close at 0.455 from 0.185 level and may not be holding steady. Just thinking randomly.

I hate to disappoint you but BJLand only owned 51% of the GMOC project. However VT owned the other 49%. It's subjective which is a better arrangement for BJCorp and BJland going forward, hereon.

Some call warrants are maturing this month. One issued by Maybank IB of 100m units with Exercise Price of 1.38 and one issued by RHB IB of 35m with EP of 1.15. It would be in their interest to press down the price of MyEG so that they do not have to make hefty payouts to CWs holders. Just a thought.

Today, KWP did some trading with a net buy. No sign of EPF so far. Could be BBs and/or TS Wong himself doing something. Everything seems hunky dory on this ship. Think I'll hang around and see happens.
