Normally after right issue, share price will drop. But nevermind we could wait for next right issue proposal which I guess will be propose around period: mar 16- sep 16.

Hi nomanland. Take knm right issue as example. Before egm they put indication price of right issue at 0.57. But after egm, knm fixed right issue price at 0.50 only which 0.07 down from 0.57 due to bad market condition and downtrend in oil price.

I believe they will revised right issue price to 0.14-0.15 by giving reason that they want reward shareholdrr by giving them lower price entry to participate in company.

Good show before right issue proposal might come out soon. With par value at 1.00, I believe the management will push up the share price to level between 1.15 -1.20 . Then they might propose right issue at price 1.00 which represent 15% -20% dicount from current price. Proposal could annouce as soon as next week.
