Apple's own division of RF (former Intel) is still in its infancy stage. If they acquire RF division from Broadcom (Avago), they will still need the ecosystem to produce the chip (Apple itself is having a model of subcontracting actual works to others). It's a kneejerk reaction of the market towards the news, and it's an opportunity to collect. And the timing also coincides with the ex-date of dividends.

Big boy disposing, that's why the price drop. The management has shown its ability to make a turn around, so to me this is opportunity to collect.

Actual operation profit is circa 2mil which is much better compared with the last Q on similar revenue. Looks like on course of recovery.

Not forgetting smart RGB ambient lighting for BMW, not a replacement thing, but a new item in newer generation cars... so I believe in mid term, D&O will still be doing good. They're not small too in terms of revenue, #6 for automotive LED package supplier worldwide.

The other factor that can be considered is the fact that LED counts in newer cars are higher. Thus said, despite the downtrend of the sales figure of the unit of the cars, the amount of LED has not diminished as much. Shall the sales figure of cars return, that will be very sure of big gain.

The rise is due to the fact of Europe sudden spike of car sales and the shrinking of the negative growth of car sales in China which provides a hope of recovery especially for China car sales since D&O major income coming from there.
