Who is OTB in i3? Why I can find L2 but cannot find OTB name?
Mr Ooi Teck Bee is highly regarded n respected in this forum for his contributions/insights /expertise in shares. He is a man of integrity,honesty and God fearing. I may not be his subscriber but I have been reading his postings for many years and this is my conclusion.

Queuing TWO weeks at 0.03 Sen n left empty handed. Nobody is desperate enough to throw to me. Looks like big kaki collecting .
