This question was

1. does montana has a single acre of soybean?

What is the meaning of "A SINGLE ACRE OF SOYBEAN"?

The question is not whether soybean will be included in Usda 2017 report for soy bean

And if there is even one acre of soybean the answer has been met accordingly

So

Answer from http://www.progressiveforage.com/forage-types/silage/producer-finds-water-and-weeds-reduced-by-air-seeding-soybeans-into-corn-crop

He’s planting a 104,000 plant population per acre in soybeans (in montana) , using a Roundup Ready variety, in basically a no-till or low-till environment.

but there r no reported usda numbers of soybean in montana for in q2 2017.

so r u saying usda is lying when there is no soybean area growing in montana????

this report is in mid 2016 and if there r any harvesting taking place, the numbers would be reported to usda by early 2017. so, most likely, there was no planting.

u dont find me all these reports with no numbers that can be verify.

find me a report with verifiable numbers from official/reputable sources.

and i see no numbers on bushels of soybeans, area planted etc in the report.

so can this be considered as saying there was harvesting when there r no verifiable information at all???

and is this recognized as a number in usda report???

as long as usda doesnt recognize soybean growing in montana, montana has no soybean.

so ur article can be fake news since its not from an official source.

go find an official source like usda or us soybean trade association.

then ppl will believe u.

actually, by the name calling behaviours of both @calvintaneng and @flyinghigh, we can all deduce that they r most likely below 25 yo.

if they r both mature adults, would they been calling ppl names if there is a disagreement or povs being questioned???

if there is a disagreement or pov differences, the mature adult way would be to discuss the issue and not resort to name calling or trying to be a pastor like what @flyinghign and @calvintaneng did.

if they r as old as they claim themselves to be, then why behave like a pair of stupid 13 yr old teenagers???

@flyinghigh,

if u r so easily offended by someone commenting a verifiable fact on ur favor stock, u have alrdy committed the first mistake in investment. this is true no matter how long u have been trading/investing.

therefore, when someone like me comes along and commented truthfully abt a stock, u will label me as a mad dog as i have an opposing pov on the stock. i m not a vengeful person, but if someone steps on my toe, i will make sure that he will be embarrassed fully.

so who is the mad dog and irrational in the case plus starting and still continuing the name calling?

now, like i said b4, jcy is in a sunset hdd industry and unless it shift gear investing into ssd component making, it will forever be a laggard in the it sector.

to invest in ssd component making machinery, the jcy's net cash position of rm150m is not hardly enough to cover the needed investment unless it goes into borrowings or ri. and even if the investment is made, the gestation time will be ard 1.5 yrs, assuming fast. by then, the tech will have moved on again.

but till now, u havnt been able to rebut any of my points except to call me a mad dog.

if i m a mad dog, what does this make u then???

any biz objective is to make money, same like investment.

management r paid to make money while major investors r looking forward to growing the biz and earn dividends. if the management cant perform and the major shareholders r unable to change biz directions, an investor will comment on what is wrong and if nothing is done to fix the issue, an investor will unwind the investment.

as simple as that.

now, as an academic exercise, suppose someone like, take for example @yucaihacai, is doing intra-day trading. so what is his cost???

using parkson as the share with buying of 0.52 and selling of 0.55, what is the intra-day cost???

his fixed cost will be stamp duty of 0.002sen round house, a brokerage cost of 0.1% and 6% gst one way *2 will be 0.0011342. the total trading cost will be 0.0031342. this low brokerage is only possible if the individual investor/trader trades at least rm100k or more in a month.

for less than a rm100k, the brokerage is ard 0.4%, so the brokerage cost will be 0.0045368, add in stamp duty, the cost will be ard 0.0065368, thereby making it risky.

by this calculation, for intra-day to be profitable, an investor/trader must be able to give his broker at least rm100k trading volume per month.

so conclusion is that who ever can do intra-day trade must be a huge trader/investor to be able to generate this volume on a monthly basis.
