All eyes are on AAX , not Cap A. Cap A is passive in their position where their survival is at the sole mercy of AAX. Hence , Cap A would just comply with what Tony will put on the table. Take it or leave it.

Thats why i say the shareholders of AAX would oppose strongly if AAX is to salvage Cap A with 5 b new shares even 1b shares is considered to be a " mission impossible " for Tony

5 billions shares is equivalent to RM 9 b ( assuming issued price is 1.80 ). I doubt AAX would issue such a horrendous no. of shares and such would certainly be protested by the shareholders of AAX. Cap A shareholders are laughing at the sacrifices of the lamb offered by AAX

Though CAP-A is technically insolvent with - NTA RM 9b, both AAX and Cap A need to zeroise this -NTA. How much AAX is willing to assist financially remains to be seen. As said, the existing share capital of AAX is 414 m, any issuance of new shares of more than double 414m would receive backlash from the existing shareholders.

Now then the PP has been approved by SC, the additional shares of 52 m subscribed by PP investors will be released to flood the market, hence a cascade of falls is expected anytime from now .... Mind you the PP issued price is RM 1.55, the instant gain for PP investors would be RM 0.30 at least ( as at point of this writing,the market price stands at RM1.86).

When Mr.Chong , the newly appointed CEO could not reach his target of output yield of gold, he would blame the weather again as he used to. As said, no one can guarantee the output yield at the end of the day. Fabrication and excuses are unavoidable like the alleged 100kg of gold which is largely believed to be non-existent.

It it preposterous to be said by someone that the 100kg is physically buried at the vicinity of DL's dwelling. If so, it could have found by the authorities by now using the metal detector. However, the 100 kg has yet to be found as at so far....

Since FL and gangs do not hold substantial shareholdings( it is believed they will never commit to that) ,they can just easily wash their hands by exiting open market if the company doesn't come off according to their way

Think about it.
Why are FL and gangs just holding shareholding of 10% in total? Why not hold more than that just like his shareholding in Kretem?. It is believed that his direct and indirect holding is more than 60%.

Why? The reason is simple .it is hard to determine the output yield of gold underneath the ground ( unless it is fabricated like the alleged 100kg) season in season out than that of oil palm which is predicable and controllable with the fertilisers.

On a separate note, the gold price might not be sustainable continuously once the Ukraine war is said to be subsided within a year.

I doubt it cos the market is nervous about the upcoming interest rate to be set by the U.S. Federal Reserve next week.

So how are you getting on with the recent candlesticks ? Based on the theory, it should be uptrend but it might not be in reality.

The company is faced with production problems and uncertainties and huge losses in upcoming QRs are expected . So why makes you think that their share would spike regardless of the higher gold price ?

No fresh news ,I doubt the momentum is stainable tomorrow. It is believed the AGM was exploited by someone to stimulate the spike.No big deal.

To my observation, it could be a booby trap where the purchases could be largely coming from retailers. The big queue was just an illusion.
